Across three levels, the living space flows naturally onto the pool terrace, and from there, the view opens entirely. Contemporary minimalist design — earthy tones, clean lines, wooden accents — creates a setting that feels considered without feeling formal. Two living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and air conditioning in every bedroom. The pool is private — 15 m², with jets — and yours for the duration of your stay. Thalia stands on the southern side of the property.

Klio unfolds across three levels — the design the same contemporary minimalism that defines all three Kalma villas: earthy palette, wooden accents, premium appliances. Two living rooms, a dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 12 m² private pool with jets that no one else will use. Klio sits at the centre of the property, between Ourania and Thalia.

Villa Ourania

From the pool terrace, the Messinian Bay stretches ahead without interruption — water and light in proportion that shifts through the morning, the afternoon, and the long Mediterranean evenings. Ourania stands at the northern end of the property: the most private of the three villas, with the largest outdoor space and a 20 m² pool. Twenty-five drone photographs were taken of Villa Ourania’s exterior; they are among the most requested images in the Kalma archive. The reason is simple: the view earns them.
