Klio sits at the centre of the property, between Ourania and Thalia.

Yes. The private pool is exclusive to your party — no shared hours, no other guests. Across three levels and two living rooms, children have space by the pool while adults have their own room with panoramic views. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, and Kalamata’s beaches are 10 minutes by car.
Like all three Kalma villas, Klio is a three-level house of 150m² with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms. Klio sits at the centre of the property, between Ourania and Thalia, with a 12 m² private pool with jets. Guests consistently describe the panoramic Messinian Bay view as present from every point in the villa, at every hour of the day.
The nearest beach is approximately 10 km from Verga — around 10 minutes by car. A car is recommended for stays at all Kalma villas, and makes exploring Messinia — beaches, Ancient Messene, Mani — significantly more comfortable.
