The name says it: Ourania. Named for the sky, positioned for the horizon. Of the three Kalma villas, Ourania is the one where the view becomes the defining experience of every day you spend there.
From the pool terrace, the Messinian Bay stretches ahead without interruption — water and light in proportion that shifts through the morning, the afternoon, and the long Mediterranean evenings. Ourania stands at the northern end of the property: the most private of the three villas, with the largest outdoor space and a 20 m² pool. Twenty-five drone photographs were taken of Villa Ourania’s exterior; they are among the most requested images in the Kalma archive. The reason is simple: the view earns them.

Like all three Kalma villas, Ourania is a three-level house of 150m² with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms. It stands at the northern end of the property, which gives it the most privacy and the largest outdoor space of the three, and its 20 m² pool with jets is the biggest at Kalma. Its terrace and pool face the Messinian Bay directly, and the panoramic view is present from every balcony at every hour of the day — named, as it is, for the sky.
